Malia is a sustainability and environmental management professional with experience delivering practical solutions that balance environmental, commercial, and community outcomes.
Her background spans environmental consulting, sustainability strategy, ecosystem management, and carbon markets, supporting projects across Australia and internationally.
She leads Honeypot Sustainability in Western Australia’s South West, providing energy assessments, NatHERS ratings, BAL assessments, and sustainability advisory to support compliant, high-performing, and climate-resilient developments.

Jarrod Auld-Newman
Jarrod is the builder and director of Honeypot Homes, with over 15 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
Raised in Western Australia’s South West, Jarrod brings a refined understanding of how buildings should respond to their environment - designing and constructing homes that work in harmony with the region’s climate, landscape, and natural elements. His approach prioritises thoughtful detailing, buildability, and enduring quality.
Working across both Honeypot Homes and Honeypot Sustainability, Jarrod provides a critical link between design intent and construction reality, ensuring
sustainability outcomes are not only compliant, but buildable, cost-effective, and aligned with practical, on-site building methods.
